What is TolomatoOwners.org and Why are We Here?
Dear Readers:
TolomatoOwners.org organized on July 4, 2023 by concerned owners of the Tolomato Island community interested in advocating for openness and transparency with our Property Owners Association (TIPOA) and facilitating real and meaningful positive changes to improve our wonderful community for all home owners alike.
Everyone who lives in Tolomato has a passion and love for the beauty of our unique community. Our passion dictates we find common ground on major issues so we can actually work together collectively and productively to maintain the beautiful community and surroundings we all enjoy. We must also not take for granted what we have discovered in the Tolomato Island community and actively plan for our future because the beauty and serenity of Tolomato Island will inevitably continue to be discovered and shared with other wonderful people who want to become our neighbors.

The mission of TolomatoOwners.org is to: 1) provide positive COMMUNICATION that is an advocating force for the entire Tolomato Island POA community members in an open and unrestricted on-line community space that promotes community unity, programs and events, and awareness of important and current issues that the community faces; 2) serve as an OVERSIGHT of our elected POA organization to ensure they are more open, efficient and responsive to the community members they are elected to represent and serve; and 3) perform in a manner that holds our elected POA officials ACCOUNTABLE for their actions in the administration of their specific duties and fiduciary responsibilities contained in the Covenants and By-Laws.
